Tina Weidelich has a heart to see people grow holistically and find healing. She is warm, empathic, and insightful, and loves journeying with people during challenging times, helping them utilize their strengths and find their passions. Tina has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, infertility, and decision-making. She also supports couples and families experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, and life transitions.

Tina has a Master’s of Divinity degree in clinical counselling from Tyndale University, training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), trauma and addictions, and is also a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator (a couple assessment tool used in premarital and marital counselling) and member in good standing with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Based on her client’s needs Tina integrates various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EFT, EMDR, Flash technique and Solution-focused Therapy. She also draws upon her insights and experiences of over 20 years in business, leadership, coaching, and lay counselling.

Tina has been married for 30 plus years and is the mother of a young adult daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, songwriting, biking, hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
